I joined Northumbria in 2018 to study Media and Journalism. I’ve enjoyed developing the theoretical understanding and practical skills that have enabled me to achieve some of the items in this portfolio. I’ve thrown myself into the student community, serving as a course representative for my first 2 years, until I stepped down in September 2020 for a year’s industrial placement. I returned to finish my studies in September 2021 and am on course to achieve a first-class honours.
